This masculine blend was created for true wine connoisseurs. The classic European varieties Merlot (40%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (30%) were combined with the rich grape variety of Georgian origin Saperavi (30%).

Dry red wine. A brave, passionate blend of three varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Saperavi. It is a perfect combination of the complex and pronounced bouquet of fruit with a full taste, which surprises with elegance and refinement, but also a velvety aftertaste.

It goes perfectly with meat dishes, matured blue cheeses

It is recommended to be served at a temperature of +16°С +18°С

CHARDONNAY /RISLING

The blend is a refined combination of two classic white grape varieties Chardonnay (70%) and Riesling (30%).

 

It presents a perfect combination of aromas and nuances, an expressive balanced taste, prevailing the fullness of tropical fruits with the freshness of wildflowers.

It goes well with poultry dishes, salads, soft cheeses and seafood

It is recommended to be served at a temperature of +10°С +12°С

3. VIORICA/MUSCAT/ALIGOTE

VIORICA/MUSCAT/ALIGOTE

An interesting aromatic blend combining Moldovan selection (Viorica 40%) with classic European varieties (Muscat 30% and Aligoté 30%).

 

Dry white wine. The wine displays a straw-yellow color with golden reflections. The nose is intensely aromatic, dominated by white flowers and ripe fruits such as peach and apricot, complemented by citrus notes and a delicate hint of honey. On the palate, it is well-balanced and fresh, with lively acidity and a gently velvety texture, leading to a persistent, floral-fruity and refreshing finish.

It pairs perfectly with grilled or baked white fish, seafood, fresh salads with light dressings, and soft to semi-mature cheeses.

It is best served at +8°С +10°С
